YOUR WEEKEND’S LOADSHEDDING SCHEDULE

Eskom has moved loadshedding from Stage 4 to Stage 3 today at 14:00. This is due to an improvement in the electricity system. Loadshedding is however expected to continue for the weekend. Block 3A which consists of Kaalfontein, Allandale, Ebony Park (KAE), Ivory Park, President Park, Midrand, Rabie Ridge, Phomolong and Klipfontein will experience loadshedding in the following times:

Today, Friday 13 March 2020 schedule 20:00 to 00:30
Tomorrow, Saturday 14 March 2020 schedule 12:00 to 16:30
Sunday 15 March 2020 schedule 20:00 to 00:30

Meanwhile, other parts of KAE and surrounding areas have not had electricity since this morning at 04:00. The electricity did not return as per the scheduled time. ‘Allandale Rabie Ridge’ electrical system tripped. Technicians have been deployed on site and are working on restoration.

13/03/2020 22:15 Electricity restored earlier than expected. Eskom moved from Stage 3 to Stage 2 due to decreased demand.

14/03/2020 16:32 Power in KAE has been restored. From 12:00 Eskom moved from Stage 2 to Stage 1. We will still be affected by loadshedding tomorrow, Sunday 15 March 2020 from 20:00 to 00:30.
