- Copy of Certified Identity Document
- Certified copy of Matric Certificate or NCV level 4
- Certified copy of Bachelor of Education Certificate or Degree plus PGCE certificate.
- Certified copy of Academic transcript with the relevant teaching specialisation (Required Subjects and Teaching methods for the required subjects)
- Certified copy of SACE certificate
