LOVERS HIJACKED, AND LADY RAPED

Police have opened a case of kidnapping, rape and hijacking after a couple, blissfully unaware of their surroundings, got a horrible surprise when three (3) criminals visited them at the Bambanani Industrial area in Extension Two, Ivory Park.

“The two were parked in a quiet area on Thursday night when they were surprised by three men forced them at gun point to another secluded spot from where they were parked. On arrival at the spot, the 33 year old male victim was forced to lie down as the three men took turns to raping his 29 year old girlfriend. Afterwards they took his vehicle and left them there. They were also robbed cellphones and money” said Captain Ben Matimulane, the spokesperson of Ivory Park SAPS.

The Ivory Park SAPS have registered a case and investigations into this matter are underway.

The police are also calling on anyone with information about the suspects to come forward by giving a tip off at 08600 10111, or the Ivory Park SAPS at 011 990 9600. The hijacked vehicle is a Renault Kwid, white in colour, registration JD 06CS GP

People are further cautioned against parking in isolated areas as they become sitting ducks to criminal elements.
