Two people have died from Covoid-19 in South Africa. The two deaths have happened in the Western Cape. One at a private hospital and another one at a public hospital.
South Africa has 927 confirmed cases of the deadly Coronavirus as of yesterday 26 March 2020. The Minister of Health, Dr Zweli Mkhize said the confirmed cases have tipped the 1000 mark today. Official number will be provided soon.
LOCKDOWN KO KAE?
Meanwhile in Kaalfontein, Ebony Park and Ivory Park it appeared to be business as usual for the community. If you do not watch the news, you wouldn’t know that we are currently in a National Lockdown as announced by the President. The lockdown officially stared this morning but life goes on in KAE.
Taxis were further carrying normal amount of passengers and transport regulations are not being followed at all. Furthermore, we did not see any soldiers or police patrolling the areas.
