They has been a reported case of COVID-19 at Umqhele Comprehensive School in Ivory Park. An educator tested positive for the corona virus.
Learners, staff members and teachers at the school have been requested to come back on Monday while the school will be temporarily closed for decontamination.
The school joins Ebony Park Primary School, Drake Koka, Rebonwe Primary School and JB Matabane to report confirmed coronavirus cases in KAE and surrounding areas.
