CONFIRMED CORONAVIRUS CASES SURPASS 4000 IN SOUTH AFRICA
As of today, 24 April 2020, the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in South Africa is 4,220. This is an increase of 267 from previously reported cases. A total of 8,820 tests were done in the last 24 hours bringing the total number of tests to 152,390.
Unfortunately, 4 more people have died due to the coronavirus. The Deaths occurred in Western Cape (2) and KwaZulu-Natal (2). The national death toll is now 79.
