DUDUZANE ZUMA VISITS KAE

Son of former President Jacob Zuma and businessman, Duduzane Zuma visited Ponelopele Oracle and Tsosolotso Ya Afrika Secondary Schools on Thursday, 12 August 2021.

Zuma Junior was invited to the school by Kuzondlula Motivational Tour (KMT) for the organisation’s annual “Matric Seminar” event under the theme “Change Your Perspective”.

KMT’s mandate is to keep the youth of South Africa motivated to study and focus on prioritising education and self discipline.

The aim of this year’s event was to motivate and encourage learners to focus on their exams and work hard for their final examinations despite the COVID-19 pandemic.

The event also offered mentorship as a platform for various organisations and businesses to share their programmes in terms of bursaries for learners who wish to further their studies at varsities and to share information on internship and leadership programmes.

Duduzane Zuma as a keynote speaker encouraged the matriculants to study hard to secure their future and motivated them to study further or pursue business after schooling.

Miss Teen United Nations 2021, Kimberly Malope was also in attendance.

Penelopele Oracle Secondary School in Kaalfontein managed to achieve a Matric pass rate of 86,39% last year.
