ESKOM ANNOUNCES LOADSHEDDING
Eskom announced on Thursday that it will implement Stage 2 Loadshedding across the country from 16:00 until 21:00.
The power utility says that this is due to a shortage of generation capacity coupled with the severely cold weather in parts of the country.
Fortunately, our areas of Kaalfontein, Allandale, Ebony Park (KAE), Ivory Park, Rabie Ridge, Tswelopele and Lindokuhle will NOT be affected by the Loadshedding.
Residents are reminded to reduce the usage of electricity to help ease pressure in the power system.
