Eskom has announced that it will regrettably implement Stage 2 Loadshedding at 17:00 this afternoon, 10 March 2021, until Friday, 12 March 2021 at 23:00.
The Power Utility says this is due to “continued poor performance at the Kusile, Duchamp and Tutuka Power Stations, as well as delays in returning some other units to service and breakdowns over the last week”.
Kaalfontein, Allandale, Ebony Park (KAE) and surrounding areas of Ivory Park, Rabie Ridge, President Park and the Midrand areas will be affected as follows:
Day | Date | Time |
---|---|---|
Wednesday | 10 March 2021 | No Loadshedding |
Thursday | 11 March 2021 | 08:00 until 10:30 |
Thursday | 11 March 2021 | 16:00 until 18:30 |
Friday | 12 March 2021 | 16:00 until 18:30 |
Eskom has added that there’s a high probability that loadshedding may continue to be implemented throughout the weekend.
KAE News will continue updating you should the situation change.
