ESKOM KAE LOADSHEDDING SCHEDULE
Eskom is implementing Stage 2 loadshedding across the country which started at 12:00 on 14 January 2021 and will end on Sunday night, 17 January 2021 at 23:00. Eskom says that the loadshedding is necessary due to loss of generation capacaity.
Loadshedding is also required to manage the use of the emergency reserves, which will help contain the stage of loadshedding required. The system remains vulnerable and unpredictable according to the power utility and the stage of load shedding may change at short notice.
Kaalfontein, Allandale, Ebony Park (KAE) and surrounding areas of Ivory Park, Rabie Ridge, President Park, Glen Austin, Tswelopele, Lindokuhle and Midrand area will experience load shedding at the below times:
Thursday, 14 January 2021 12:00 to 16:30
Friday, 15 January 2021 No Loadshedding
Saturday, 16 January 2021 12:00 to 16:30
Sunday, 17 January 2021 00:00 to 04:30
KAE News will update you should the situation change. The public is urged to reduce electricity consumption in order to minimize loadshedding.
