KAALFONTEIN BOXER ROBBED FOR THE THIRD TIME

Not even a week since last week’s brazen robbery. The Boxer Superstore in Kaalfontein, Archercrossing has been hit again.

The Boxer Superstore situated at the corner of Acasia Street and Archerfish Drive had a grand opening less than 3 months ago on the 25th of July 2019.

Yesterday around 16:00 thugs entered the store. This is the third time the store has been robbed. No injuries were reported. An undisclosed amount of cash was taken. Just last week, thugs escaped with loot and expensive alcohol from the Boxer Liqour next door.

A Boxer Employee who spoke to KAE News on condition of anonymity said she is concerned about her safety. “This is the third time something like this happens. I am traumatized. Whenever I hear a loud sound I think it’s gunshots.”

Sechaba Moletsane, one of the shoppers present said when he heard gunshots, he took cover with his son. They ran to his car and quickly drove off. “I will no longer shop there. I’d rather go to Spar. Even if their bread is cheap. I can’t die for R7.”

Police are looking for the suspects and request anyone with information that can lead to the arrests of the suspects to call

(011) 990-9600.
