LOADSHEDDING INCREASED TO STAGE 6

Eskom regrets to inform the public that Stage 6 loadshedding will be implemented from 16:00 until 22:00 on Tuesday, 28 June 2022.

Stage 4 Loadshedding will then be implemented at 22:00 until 00:00. Loadshedding will then be reduced to Stage 2 until 05:00 on Wednesday morning.

From 05:00 until 16:00 on Wednesday loadshedding will be implemented at Stage 4. Stage 6 will then again be implemented at 16:00 until 22:00 tomorrow evening.

Accordingly, our areas of Kaalfontein, Allandale, Ebony Park (KAE), Ivory Park, Rabie Ridge, President Park, Glen Austin, Mayibuye, Klipfontein and Tswelopele will be affected by the different stages of Loadshedding as follows:

Tuesday, 28 June 16:00 until 20:30
Wednesday, 29 June 06:00 until 08:30
Wednesday, 29 June 14:00 until 18:30

Eskom says the loadshedding is due to an unlawful and unprotected strike, which has caused widespread disruption to ESKOM’s power plants.
