NO WATER IN PARTS OF KAE
There has been a major bust on a DN500 water pipeline in Kaalfontein, Midrand. Johannesburg Water says that teams are organizing fittings and machinery for repairs.
The burst is affecting Kaalfontein, Allandale and parts of Ebony Park. Water tankers will be placed in the following areas:
- Yarona Shopping Centre
- Archerfish Crossing (Boxer in Kaalfontein)
- Kaalfontein Corner Shopping Centre
Two (2) more water tankers will be roaming.
The water pipe burst yesterday and the expected time of water restoration is currently unknown.
Please note this was not planned and is unrelated to the water outage currently underway in Nigel as communicated by City of Ekurhuleni.
