The Executive Mayor for the City of Johannesburg, Clr Herman Mashaba launched drug centres as part of the City’s Intergradated Strategy to eradicate substance abuse and other related social ills.
The Community Based Substance Abuse Treatment Centres will render much needed outpatient rehabilitation services to users, their families and the community in the area.
