Customers are urged to wait 12- 24 hours to receive their Key Change Tokens with an sms on the number they have supplied.

  1. Go to Alfred
  2. Update Customer data
  3. Complete all the steps
  4. Wait 12-24 hours to receive your tokens
  5. Load the Tokens in the order below:

Step 1: Enter your Token I and wait for it to be accepted
Step 2: Enter your Token 2 and wait for it to be accepted
Step 3: Enter your Prepaid Token and wait for it to be accepted

Not sure whether your meter is already recoded?

Enter 1844 6744 0738 4377 2416 on your meter. If it displays “I,” it requires recoding. If it displays “2.” your meter has been re-coded.
