OPEN DAYS IN IVORY PARK AND RABIE RIDGE
The City of Johannesburg will be rolling out open days at Ivory Park Fire Station and Rabie Ridge Community Hall on Saturday, 9 October 2021.
The newly elected Executive Mayor, Cllr Mpho Moerane and MMCs are also expected to attend. The Open Day will be from 08:00 until 15:30.
Residents will be assisted with billing related queries they may have, statements, ESP Registrations, Pensioner’s rebates and debt rehabilitation programme.
The below entities will also be in attendance:
Johannesburg Water:
To provide job cards where there is change meter, assist in location of meters where they are not in plain sight and note meters on the ground that are not the same as the one on the systems including broken meters.
City Power:
To assist with electrification where necessary. Problematic transformers in the Ward will be visited.
Pikitup:
Confirmation of bins in case where customers are querying double billing of more than one bin. Deal and address illegal dumping issues.
The City of Johannesburg leadership is also expected to visit the Temporary Residential Units (TRUs) project in Rabie Ridge.
