Position: Baker (2x)
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, bake, and finish a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
• Follow recipes and ensure consistent quality in production.
• Manage ingredients and inventory to ensure freshness and avoid wastage.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Skills & Requirements:
• Experience in baking (ability to handle production from start to finish).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes.
• Ability to work long hours and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
• Grade 10-12 education required.
