SCAM ALERT : DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH WARNS OF JOB SCAM

The Gauteng Department of Health would like to warm the public not to fall victim to scammers who are fraudulent inviting people to apply for a Nursing Training Programme that has been advertised online.

“It has come to our attention that there’s an advertisement claiming to be from the Gauteng Department of health inviting to apply for a Nursing Training Programme for 2019” said the Acting Head of HR, Arnold Maloatane.

“We appeal to people not to fall for this scam. An advert will be placed in all national newspapers as soon as the Department starts the recruitment process for nurses”, said Maloatane.

The public is once urged to exercise caution when applying for jobs. If there’s money asked for before you apply it’s probably a scam.
