As at today, 19 April 2020, the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in South Africa is 3,158. This is an increase of 124 from the previously reported cases.
Unfortunately, 2 more people have passed away due to the coronavirus bringing the National death toll to 54. We send our condolences to the families and friends of the deceased.
The total number of tests conducted to date is 114,711.
