VEHICLE RECOVERED IN KAALFONTEIN
On Sunday, 09 April 2023 members of Ekurhuleni District trio task team recovered a vehicle in Ivory Park following a hijacking incident around area of Kaalfontein in Midrand.
The members were reportedly out on a routine crime prevention patrol when they obtained information to be on the lookout for a vehicle. Shortly after the members identified a stationary vehicle with no occupants fitting the description of the hijacked vehicle.
Upon further investigation it was confirmed that the vehicle is positively linked to the hijacking incident that occurred earlier in Kaalfontein.
Further investigation is still underway.
