BARUKA KILLERS HAVE NOT BEEN ARRESTED

Today, 5 January 2021, marks a year since well known taxi owner Enos Petrus Cossa aka Baruka Khoza was gunned down at Ivory Park Ext. 2 between Ivory Park Taxi Rank and Eqiniweni Secondary School.

He was shot multiple times including in the head by two males who jumped out of a white Nissan Juke as he was parking his Toyota Hilux. According to eye witnesses, the Nissan Juke had four occupants.

No suspects have been arrested in connection with the murder. The case is being handled by the SAPS Gauteng Taxi Unit and investigation is ongoing.

Baruka was a well known taxi owner at Kopanong Shopping Centre (Score 3) and had a fleet of Katjibanes (local light vehicle taxis) and Avanzas. He frequently drove an Audi A4 with the personalized plates ‘BARUKA GP’.
