CELEBRATING 30 YEARS OF IVORY PARK

Yesterday marked 30 years of the establishment of Ivory Park. Ivory park was established on the 21st of September 1990. This is why one of the main roads is called 21st September Street.
When we are talking about land expropriation without compensation we are talking about Ivory Park.
30 years ago on the day, Ivory Park township was born. The township was started by people from Alexandra and Tembisa when they settled in the area which was previously a farm.
