COJ REOPENS IVORY PARK PAYPOINT

The City of Johannesburg re-opened the revenue Customer Services Centre in Ivory Park to cater for the needs of Ivory Park residents.

Customers will now be able to go to the centre and receive services such as:
• Obtaining a statement;
• Request meter readings and investigations;
• Apply for pensioner rebates and ESP (Tuesdays and Thursdays only);
• Refund requests;
• Account queries,
• Query logging;
• Update of information;
• Acknowledgement of debt (AOD);
• Reconnections and disconnections;
• Account payments; etc.

The Executive Mayor of the City of Johannesburg, Cllr Geoff Makhubo was accompanied by the MMC for Finance, Cllr Jolidee Matongo and opened the centre with an official ribbon cutting ceremony.

“To assist the elderly and poor, ESP and pensioner rebate registration will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays every week. As a pro-poor and caring City, we wish to make it as easy and convenient for our customers” said MMC Jolidee Matongo.

The physical address for the Ivory Park Customer Services Centre is Ivory Park Fire Station, 8712 Freedom Drive, Ivory Park. Operating hours will be from 7:30 until 15:30, Monday to Friday.
