JOB ALERT: MALL OF TEMBISA

The soon to be opened Mall of Tembisa is looking for a Centre Manager. Interested candidate must register at www.empowerploy.co.za to apply and download the Expression ofI interest CMMOT-2021-01.

The successful candidate will be responsible for amongst others:

Effective management of the shopping centre.
Ensuring that all buildings, grounds, equipment, facilities and surrounds are well maintained and in optimal working condition.
Assist in procuring services, managing third party service contracts and implements maintenance procedures.

The Mall of Tembisa is currently under construction and is expected to open doors to the public in October 2020.

The two-level development will have entertainment areas and two food courts, one of which will include a children’s play area.

Mall of Tembisa has a good selection of food retailers, a gym and 5 entrances with ample parking as well as dedicated public transport areas. They will be 3 free-standing buildings on site for KFC (including drive-through), News Cafe and Cashbuild.
