MAGIC TWO MAKES MAGICAL MUSIC

Magic Two is a 2 piece band that met at a gig in Midrand last year the 21st of December. The duo consists of Moses Cool Manamela (42) and Aubrey Mpahlele (34). Together they make musical magic. They are unique, versatile and energetic on stage.

Aubrey is a Guitarist and Composer while Moses is a DJ and Producer. The Ebony Park band plays virtually all musical genres like AmaPiano, Gqom, R&B, House and Hip Hop.

Aubrey is inspired by George Benson and Jonathan and Moses is inspired by Black Coffee and Robert Owens. The duo is highly inspired by soulful house music and want to take the music industry to another level.

MOSES COOL
Born in Matlelerekeng in Limpopo. Moses fell in love with music after his father showed him how to play a keyboard at his church.

He became interested to the point where he started composing his own music and became a vynlys Dj.The year 2005 he released his 1st album followed by his 2nd album named The Certificate of Success in 2007.

He played at clubs during his vynlys era and shared a stage with the likes of Dj Fresh, T-bo Touch, Vetkoek vs Mahoota. He has won 4 Dj knockouts and secured his residency at Cubana Fourways and Cubana Midrand.

AUBREY MPAHLELE
Born in Ga-Mphahlele, Limpopo and bred in South Africa, Johannesburg. Aubrey also comes from a christian family and developed an interest in instruments at church. Aubrey grew up more attracted to a guitar and started by making his own artificial guitar with a piece of wood and some nylon strings.

He has had a privilege to play for international acts like The Temptations and toured across the world with Slaves. He has also worked with Dj Shimza, Dj Mobi Dixon, Moneoa, Joe Nina, Sliq Angel, Bekezela, Abe Sibiya, Women in Praise, Soweto Gospel Choir and many more.

Magic Two will be performing at Summit in Johannesburg tonight.
