NO LOADSHEDDING IN KAE TODAY

After enduring loadshedding for two days in a row. The communities of Kaalfontein, Allandale, Ebony Park (KAE), Ivory Park, Rabie Ridge, Lindokuhle, Tswelopelo and President Park can breathe a sigh of relief.

This is as Eskom announced that it will be implementing Stage 3 Loadshedding. According to the Eskom schedule, the above mentioned areas will not be affected today, 4 September 2020, if Eskom tomorrow sticks to Stage 3.

Meanwhile, Eskom is slowly replacing failed transformers in Ivory Park. Transformers IPT 27/24/7/5 and IPT 27/11/2 will be replaced tomorrow.

Some communities have been scheduled to have their transformers replaced as late as at the end of October 2020.
