NO WATER OUTAGE IN KAE AND SURROUNDINGS EXPECTED
We have in the past 24 hours received a lot of queries about the Johannesburg Water planned water shutdown that is expected to last for 30 hours in parts of Johannesburg.
We can confirm that the areas of Kaalfontein, Allandale, Ebony Park (KAE), Ivory Park, Rabie Ridge and surrounding areas will NOT BE AFFECTED by the shutdown.
The planned Johannesburg Water maintenance which will include 800mm valve and bypass valve repair will affect areas like Melville, Sophiatown, Newclare and Langlaagte in the South of Johannesburg.
KAEns are safe and water will be available throughout the weekend.
