QUERY YOUR MUNICIPAL BILL AT LORD KHANYILE OR RABIE RIDGE HALL

The City of Johannesburg is giving ratepayers an opportunity to query their municipal bills on Saturday, 14 November 2020.

The City invites you to an Open Day to query your municipal account to be held at Lord Khanyile Hall, 4326 Freedom Drive, Ivory Park and Rabie Ridge Hall, Cnr Kraai & Khoraan Streets, Rabie Ridge.

City officials will be available from 08:00 until 14:00.

Booking is essential. Book your slot by calling 011 261 8599 for Ivory Park and 011 261 3379 for Rabie Ridge. You may also email opendayregiona@joburg.org.za to book your slot.

Ratepayers are advised to provide full name, contact details, account number and nature of the query. Appointments will be made on a first-come-first-serve basis.

The Open Day will be followed by a week-long extended operational hours from 07:30 to 17:00.
