TEMBISA MARGISTRATES COURT CLOSED

There’s a confirmed case of COVID-19 at Tembisa Magistrates Court yesterday the 20th of July 2020. One of the staff members working at the court in Temong Section tested positive for coronavirus

People who were expected to appear before the court of law have been turned back and informed to return back to their homes as all court cases have been postponed. The Court issued people with new the dates for attending with the 14 days extension period.

It is not yet confirmed when the court will reopen for operations however as part of the National Disaster Regulations any facility with a member(s) who tested positive should be closed with an immediate effect and decontaminated.
