You are invited to tender for sub-contracting work. The briefing session will be held as follows:

?3852 Kaalfontein Extension 4, Mudhopper Street, Midrand 1685 (site camp)

-Pipe Laying
-Manhole Installation

Minimum Requirements to Submit Valid Bid Include:
CIVIL WORKS
?Company Registration Documents (CIPC)
?Valid SARS Tax Clearance Certificate
?CIDB Certificate
?Proof of Bank Details
?Company Profile (updated showing current year)
?BBBEE Certificate (affidavit, DTI Website)
?Proof of Residential Address (company & directors)
?Certified ID Copies of Directors
?Relevant Reference and Contact Details
SECURITY
?Company Registration Documents (CIPC)
?Valid SARS Tax Clearance Certificate
?PSIRA Company Registration
?Insurance Liability Certificate
?Proof of Bank Details
?Company Profile (updated showing current year)
?Proof of Residential Address (company & directors)
?Certified ID Copies of Directors
?Relevant Reference and Contact Details
Tenderers will have opportunity to price the bill of quantity on a SUPPLY AND INSTALL and INSTALL only basis.
If SMME are to provide PLANT the Insurance Liability Certificate is required and compulsory.
THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED AS PER GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES. HOWEVER, FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS BID THEY CAN BE WAIVERED AT BIDDING STAGE IF NOT AVAILABLE:
?Letter of Good Standing
?UIF Certificate
?Insurance Liability Certificate
In case where SMME are appointed without any of the documents above the Contractor must engage SMME to obtain the documents within certain period in order to comply.
Upon appointment, Sub-Contractor will be expected to produce valid and acceptable SAFETY FILES (the Contractor may assist if/when required) and updated regularly. All labor are to be sourced from Ward 111 through the appointed CLO.
