UNBORN CHILD FOUND IN EBONY PARK

A fetus (unborn child) has been found in Ebony Park, Bluegum Street on Friday, 15 July 2022.

The fetus was found by “Nyaopes” in an illegal dumping site behind Spar. The Ivory Park Police were called to the scene.

The police then summoned paramedics to the scene. According to the reporting paramedic, the gender of the fetus is not yet known as the unborn child is believed to be between 8 and 10 weeks.

A case of Concealment of Birth has been opened by the SAPS. The police are appealing to the members of the community who may have information or know the identity of the mother to come forward.

The Ebony Park incident comes after, a child estimated to be 9 months old was found at the bridge near ZCC in Kaalfontein on Thursday, 14 July 2022.
