UNSUCCESSFUL HOUSE BREAKING IN KAALFONTEIN

Thanks to members of the community and access control (boom gate), a house burglary in Kaalfontein Extension 1 was unsuccessful.

Around 11:00 on Thursday morning, two unknown suspects broke into a house as occupants were not around. Fortunately, they were spotted by a child who quickly alerted the community.

According to an eye witness, community members chased the two suspects driving a silver grey Toyota Corolla. This led to the suspects abandoning the car and running away as the community boom gate was closed.

Upon searching the car, police discovered 3 different number plates. The Toyota Corolla has obviously been involved in other criminal activities.
