ESKOM SUSPENDS LOADSHEDDING BUT LOAD REDUCTION CONTINUES

The power utility, Eskom, announced this afternoon that the Stage 2 Loadshedding will be suspended across the country at 23:00 tonight.

Unfortunately, this means that the LOAD REDUCTION will continue in high density areas with incidents of illegal connections, meter bypassing and overloading.

Accordingly, parts of Kaalfontein, Ebony Park, Rabie Ridge, Tswelopele and Lindokuhle will experience a power outage tomorrow, 19 January 2021, from 17:00 to 22:00.
