LOADSHEDDING TODAY UNTIL SATURDAY MORNING, KAE ONLY AFFECTED TOMORROW

Eskom announced that it will implement stage 2 loadshedding from 09:00 today, 20 February 2020 until Saturday, 22 February 2020 at 06:00 in the morning.

There’s a high probability that loadshedding will continue over the weekend. As at 05:30 this morning unplanned breakdowns were at 11 938 MW while planned maintance is at 4 654MW.

KAE (Kaalfontein, Allandale and Ebony Park) and surrounding areas of Ivory Park, Phomolong, Rabie Ridge, President Park, Glen Austin, Klipfontein and Halfway House will experience loadshedding tomorrow from 16:00 to 20:30.

Eskom reminds South Africans that there’s an increased possibility of loadshedding over the next 18 months.
