OPENING OF EBONY PARK-KAALFONTEIN CLINIC POSTPONED AGAIN

From the Office Of the Councilor:

“Please note that due to the FINAL CONSULTATION to take place with the community and stakeholders, the opening of EBONY PARK CLINIC has been postponed from 06 January 2020 to a later date to be decided.

The postponement is also due to a problem with the water pump which supplies water to the clinic. This is being attended to by the Johannesburg Development Agency (JDA).

We sincerely apologises for the inconvenience caused.”

KAE News will provide further updates regarding the opening of the clinic. We have noted ambulances stationed at the clinic and believe that the clinic is close to opening.

The R45 million clinic was handed over more than a year ago, on the 22nd of August 2018. However, due to numerous reasons it remains closed to the public. The above postponement is the 3rd one since the hand over.
