TEMBISA HOSPITAL NURSES NOMINATED AS TOP NURSES

Eight (8) Tembisa Hospital nurses who treated the man who allegedly killed nurse Lebo Monene have been nominated under the Brave Category in the My Top 50 Nurse Heroes by Afrinurse.

The nurses of Tembisa Tertiary Provincial Hospital were faced with an unimaginable tragedy when one of their own was fatally shot by her boyfriend, allegedly, on hospital premises.

The Tembisa Nurses are comprised of 8 nurses from different ranks and departments that sprung to action to treat their colleague and the shooter.

Their quick instincts saved the life of the shooter, who will have to face the full repercussions of such a heinous act and the law.
