ESKOM BEING DISHONEST
Electricity went off in parts of KAE and Ivory Park at 5am on the dot. We believe this is loadshedding, however Eskom have not given an update.
Eskom’s last statement was that the “system is constrained but no loadshedding expected”. There’s no loadshedding schedule.
This is definitely not a Power Outage as the electric went off at 5am, which means it’s planned. We expect the electric to be back by 9am.
This is not the first time Eskom switches our lights off at a scheduled time. The electric is usually restored between 3 hours – 4 hours.
