NO LOADSHEDDING FOR US, SI ON!
City Power has announced that that it’s customers within the City of Johannesburg (CoJ) will not be loadshed.
Eskom has declared the implementation of Loadshedding Stage 2 from tonight between 9pm and tomorrow Friday 6am but KAE residents should not panic.
“City Power has an extra capacity to help mitigate against Loadshedding and offset the 200MW that Eskom seeks to save. Therefore the residents and businesses in Johannesburg are cushioned from the impact of loadshedding Stage 2 as announced.”
Customers are urged to continue using electricity sparingly as systems remain under pressure.
