WATER UPDATE
The Johannesburg Water team is currently repairing a 900mm steel pipe. The pipe in question was under a house. The team has demolished the structure to expose the pipe to check the extent of the damage.
The team is currently busy with excavations and they’re delays because the area is muddy. We will keep updating throughout the day.
There’s currently no time of water restoration. Johannesburg Water has deployed 10 roaming water tankers in the affected areas of Ivory Park, Ebony Park and Kaalfontein.
